Don’t aim for success if you want it; just do what you love and believe in, and it will come naturally. ~David Frost
This humble, not-quite-understated girl from Iowa is pleased to report that, thanks to you and a lot of hard work, we kicked some real estate booty in 2009. It was our best year ever. Yes, 2009. The year of mortgage melt-down, California insolvency, cash-for-clunkers, Barack, bailout, balloon boy and shaky consumer confidence.
The Keller Williams Southwest Market Center in Austin, TX (the largest real estate office in the country) held its annual awards banquet today, February 9, 2010 and we are pleased to report that The Nelson Project landed pretty near the top.
#1 Team Closed Units (that means we sold your house)
#2 Team Closed Volume (that means we sold homes at all price levels)
What this means for us and for you? Hard work, focus, technology and shifting with the market paid off. We weathered the toughest market Austin has seen since the mid-80’s and we’re poised to work hard, with confidence, on your behalf in 2010.
