The proximity of the plunger: a true story

April 19, 2010 at 4:18 pm 2 comments

You know an inspector is in serious cya mode when he takes a picture of a plunger and includes it in his report.  But get this … the inspector actually put this in his report:  due to the proximity of the plunger to the toilet, it is safe to say that this house most likely has some plumbing issues.  Wonder what conclusions this inspector draws from the hammer in the junk drawer?  The can of paint in the garage?  This is not my inspector nor will I allow him to come anywhere near any of my buyers.  Choose your professionals wisely.

    That’s extreme.

I think I’d make other assumptions about the plunger’s proximity. Ha!
